Giardino Dei Pini - Boutique Hotel in Alliste

The hotel has a dedicated wellness area in a separate building that offers personalized spa programs. Guests can book treatments such as full body massages, body scrubs, and facial treatments, along with access to an exclusive Roman sauna and Turkish bath. The spa also provides a steam room, hot tub, and a spa lounge for relaxation after sessions.

The on-site restaurant is run by Chef Pino Bucci and focuses on local Salentine delicacies, with dishes served both indoors and on the outdoor terrace. Breakfast options include local cuisine served outdoors by the pine forest, and the bar offers a snack bar, fruits, and wine or champagne throughout the day. Guests staying on half-board receive dinner, though the menu changes little across the week.

Children have access to a dedicated kids' outdoor play equipment area and a tennis court (though the court condition is reported as needing resurfacing). The large outdoor pool is the central attraction for families, with spacious grounds that prevent crowding. Bike rental service is available on request for exploring the Ionian coast and nearby parks like Parco Ricchiello.

The hotel sits 350 meters from the Ionian Coast, with a rocky free-access beach 50 meters away and a beach club that offers sunbeds and umbrellas on reservation. Nearby attractions include Torre San Giovanni, the town of Ugento, and Lecce, while the property provides free parking for guests with cars. Hiking routes and bicycle paths are accessible from the hotel, and the 24-hour front desk can arrange shuttle services.
